I'm scheduled to take MegaBus to NYC on Thursday. It will be the nephew-son's last full day at home and I wanted to do something before he goes back to Annapolis. We decided to take MegaBus simply because it was cheaper (roundtrip for two $32). I've reserved our tickets and since both lines seem to offer the same services it didn't seem to make a difference. I'm more concerned about the cleanliness of the bus than anything else. I'll post a full review on Friday!
