The pots are simmering over here,
On the menu today:

Corn Muffins
Salad
Lima Bean Soup with Rice
I usually try to make two meals on Sunday so I can get a head start on the week's cooking. But it just occurred to me that the nephew-son will be here tomorrow which means I'll probably be cooking tomorrow night cuz he can eat and once baby bro joins him I can say goodbye to any leftovers!
