The Statue of Liberty has Philly history! I love the Statue of liberty, I just learned that the arm and torch were on display in Philadelphia in 1876 as part of the Centennial exhibition.

We talk to our pets, and we expect them to understand...

So my co-workers have said I'd be unfit to own a pet basically because I think that pets can understand more than just commands, affectionate gibberish, etc.  See the video below at 0:25, 2:02 and 11:52 if you don't want to watch the all of hilariousness that is Sugar, although, I suggest that you do.  She "gives me life" and her cat is so disrespectful, lol.

When I heard....

that Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were adopting, I was like WTH is wrong with this kids! Then I realized it was a puppy!  Ok, I can go for that.  Even tho I've been told by my co-workers that I'm not fit to own a puppy, whateve!

I would be happy if....

1) I had a cup of Wawa Decaf Hazelnut
2) the phone stopped ringing
3) someone made me dinner, I promise not to be picky
4) my neighbors weren't my neighbors
5) BTho was silent for just 5 min!

My review of Shea Moisture's Curling Souffle'

Y'all know that I love Shea Moisture products, so when I heard that they finally had a styling gel I was all over it.  After 3 weeks of searching, I found it at Target for $9.99.

I'd seen many reviews and none of them were positive but, "Loyal Leslie" had to see for herself.  When I opened the jar and saw the consistency I was concerned.  It was so sticky and gloppy.

I washed and conditioned my hair

and started to apply it to my wet hair, it was so messy and it felt so damn sticky and oily.

When I was done, it looked like I had a Jheri Curl

 Umm, no I can't go outside with this oily, stringy mess!

Curling Souffle'?? Where the damn curls?!

I ended up pinning my hair up so I wouldn't ruin my damn sweater!

My neck still feels sticky, a hot ass mess..definitely a not a fav!

See that stain on my shower curtain, I got some of this shit on it.

Who wants it? Its here if anyone wants to give it a try,

 maybe its too heavy for my hair or perhaps I used too much.

Btw, today is the two year anniversary of my last relaxer, 

I thought I'd have a cute style to celebrate, NOPE!

I now have 3 of these Bobeau-asymmetric-knit-maxi-skirts.  The ruching is in just the right place.  They wear like a night gown, I wore one recently for a drive to DC.  I was so comfortable and the fabric doesn't wrinkle too badly. Speaking of wrinkles, next up is an all time fav,

I've been unpacking my fall/winter wardrobe and most of it needs to be ironed, this is the best iron for the job, hands down!

I really liked the results, soft defined curls.  I'd definitely buy this again, I got it at Target for $9.99.

I really need a haircut, I've got a lot of rouge hairs that do their own thing.

I love nude lips and this has just a little shimmer.  I got it at CVS for $8.99 last week and they were BOGO so I gave one to my lil sis Nancy in Bronze Coin #835 along with her birthday gift.  

I'm wearing it in this picture, its really nude on me which I like. 

I first saw the color in the following video, I really enjoy her makeup and hair tutorials. 

She makes me wanna have my eyebrows arched.
